My Business Letter

Dear Mrs. Debolt,

I am an 8th grade student in Festus Middle school. I am a guitar player and taking jazz band this year which I am looking forward to. I have played guitar for four years starting this January. I'm also in a band called "Million Hits". We have close to four original songs in our band. We've had plenty of gigs too.

I don't know all that much about computers but I know a little more because I'm in this class. Some of it is confusing but some of it is easy. I know a lot more about computers than I used to though. I like to play games on computers and I like to look up stuff that I'm interested in or that I want to know. I like to look up auto-biography's of people that I look up to like Ace Frehley.

I want to learn how to do a lot of stuff with computers but I don't exactly know what. I'm really intersted in what Hitler did and why. With computers, I want to know how to take everything apart and look at everything and see what is in the moniter. Then I want to know how to put everything back. I just would want to see on the little things that make a computer work.

The Letter

I got a letter from this high school student saying that he needed my help because he's in prison. It wasn't my fault though that he got into prison. He was starting up a lot of trouble and so I think he deserves it. I guess I need to write a letter back to him. I don't know what I'm gonna say. He said in the letter that he needed something from me and only I could get him it and that I couldn't tell anybody about this. I don't know what he needs but I guess I'll find out.

India's Crime

 I think of what is happening in India is sad and stupid because girls should not be treated that way. They should make laws and be more strict about it. Everybody should be treated evenly and not differetly just because of if you are a girl or a boy. They should not kill girls either. To fix all this, people should set up adoptions and take care of them. I thing that they need to throw everybody in prison who helps this cause. There shouldn't be anymore abortions or anything like that. People should realize what life would be like without girls and only guys. I think that there should be no more abuse and neglect at girls in India. This is  what I think about he situation.
